The T-Technology group, the T-Bank maternal company, opened the new IT Hab office in Voronezh. The reason for the expansion was an increase in the number of employees over four years of work in the region. An office with an area of 3.3 thousand m² is located in the Grand Prix business center.
More than 300 IT specialists will work in the new space. They are included in interregional teams involved in the development of grocery platforms for customers, creating credit and financial services and other tasks.
Voronezh was chosen due to a strong educational base. The company cooperates with the Voronezh State University, especially with the faculty of applied mathematics and computer science. In the region, additional education in the field of programming is also developed.
The office is divided into various functional zones. It includes 344 workplaces, negotiation rooms, conference rooms and recreation spaces. The names of the negotiators are associated with the local symbols of Voronezh.
For employees, areas with swings and capsules for sleep are provided. The business center has a sports complex with a pool and gym.
