The T2 operator has developed a temporary access mechanism for a mobile Internet with the introduction of restrictive measures. The technology has already passed testing and is ready for use.
To obtain access, subscribers will need to go through a simple verification procedure, including captcha. After confirmation, users will be able to use the Internet within 12 hours, after which the procedure will need to be repeated.
The solution was created in accordance with the previously coordinated Ministry of Cyphra to access the mobile Internet in special conditions. As the Minister Maksut Shadaev explained, the system will maintain access to key services – taxi, delivery and marketplace services.
When activating restrictions, users will be able to access the “white list” of popular services through Kapchu. The connection speed will remain unchanged. The list will only include proven and socially significant online platforms.
