Tesla continues to expand the geography of its Full Self-Driving (FSD) autopilot system. The next countries where it may appear will be Japan and Thailand. According to the Japanese publication Nikkei, this summer Tesla began testing cars with FSD on Japanese public roads.

Driving is a driver, but the system fully performs the system. The company plans to bring the FSD to the market immediately after it fulfills all local safety requirements. The new function will be available not only for new cars, but also for Tesla already sold in Japan.

Ilon Musk personally spoke about the plans of the FSD in Thailand on the social network X. Answering the question of one of the local owners of Tesla, he confirmed that the system is preparing to launch, but is still waiting for the approval of the authorities.

Experts note that Tesla seeks to make FSD a global service and therefore tries to quickly promote it to new regions.
