The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia will allocate about 10 billion rubles for preferential car loan. This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov during a meeting with the governor of the Samara region.
According to Alikhanov, this will help to support AvtoVAZ and other Russian automakers. The program of preferential car loan provides discounts: 35% for electric cars (not more than 925,000 rubles), 20% for cars with ICE and 25% for residents of the Far East.
According to RIA Novosti, preferential car loan is available to medical workers, teachers, participants in the person, disabled people and families with children. Since May 2025, the Family Car subprogram has been operating with a 10% discount for families with two or more children. Participants with injuries can get a 40% discount on manual controls.
In addition, in 2025, the budget for this program will amount to more than 36 billion rubles for car loans and 27 billion for leasing.
