According to MIT, 95% of corporate pilot projects with generative AI fail. The Maisa AI startup offers the solution: to create transparent and controlled Jeenets that can learn and perform tasks under human supervision.

Maisa, founded a year ago, received $ 25 million for development from the Creandum European venture fund and launched Maisa Studio – a platform that allows companies to train “digital employees” using the usual language. Unlike the usual use of AI to generate answers, Maisa builds the process of work.

To reduce the errors and “hallucinations” of AI, Maisa has developed the Halp (Human-Augmented LLM Processing) system, where users help digital employees plan every step of work. Knowledge Processing Unit (KPU) was also created to control data accuracy.

The company is already working with a large bank and companies in the automotive industry and energy, offering the deployment of both in the cloud and locally.

Maisa plans to use new financing to expand the team from 35 to 65 people to the first quarter of 2026 and scaling around the world.
