In the Max messenger, in test mode, the possibility of obtaining a one -time code for access to the public services portal was implemented. The curator of the Popular Front Platform “Hispiece” Alla Khrapunova explained how this mechanism would work.
According to Khrapunova, a one -time code received in Max will function exclusively in Russia, which distinguishes it from similar services providing such services at the international level. The expert also noted that this decision indicates a high level of confidence in the state to ensure information security in the Russian National Mesenter.
Khrapunova emphasized that the MAX zones of responsibility for technical support for users and ensuring cybersecurity are more transparent. In addition, she focused on the need to form a stable habit not to disclose disposable access codes, regardless of the method of their receipt, whether through SMS, email or push notification.
Khrapunova also expressed a fear that the abolition of the declared authentication method could complicate the process of using public services for a large number of citizens. As an alternative, she proposed further development and strengthening the practice of non -disclosure of disposable access codes.
