According to Yarova, the unique natural conditions of Kamchatka make the peninsula with an ideal platform to create a multisystem scientific association. Such a center will coordinate disparate studies and achieve a synergistic effect.
The proposal was supported by the chairman of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yuri Kulchin. According to the author of the idea, the creation of the center will be a breakthrough solution for the development of science in Russia.
