At the IFA 2025 exhibition, Acer showed two new PCs – Nitro 70 and Nitro 50. Both use AMD processors and NVIDIA RTX 50 series, distinctions in details.
Nitro 70 is a flagship model that can be equipped with an AMD Ryzen 9 9950x3D processor, a GEFORCE RTX 5090 video card, up to 128 GB of DDR5–6000 RAM, two SSDs for 2 TB (PCIe Gen 4) and a 4 TB hard drive. The cooling system is AIO 360 mm, and the power supply is 1,200 watts.
Nitro 50 is a more affordable option with the Ryzen 7 8700G processor and the GeForce RTX 5080 video card. Memory and drives coincide with the Nitro 70, and the power supply is limited to 850 watts. The type of cooling system is not specified.
Both PCs support Wi-Fi 7, Ethernet 2.5 Gb/s, two USB Type-C 3.2, five USB Type-A 3.2 and two USB 2.0, as well as standard audio outputs.
The starting price of Nitro 70 – 1,999 euros, Nitro 50 – 1,699 euros. The assemblies are expected to appear on sale in the first quarter of 2026.
