In 2026, the Forum of Future Technologies, which will be held with the participation of the President of Russia, will be completely devoted to the development of bio -economy. This was announced by the presidential adviser and secretary of the Organizing Committee of the Eastern Economic Forum (VEF) Anton Kobyakov, writes TASS.
The forum will take place in February 2026 and will become a platform for discussing new technologies that can change the economy and industry. Kobyakov emphasized that artificial intelligence is one of the key technologies on the path to bio -economics. According to him, a state program is already operating, which creates a “bridge to the future”.
He noted that technology, such as AI or atomic energy, can be used both for peaceful purposes and pose a potential danger. Therefore, their development requires attention and control. The purpose of the forum is to discuss how new technologies will help the development of bio -economics, improve production, science and ecology, as well as the safe integration of innovation into the country’s economy.
