In Russia, the acceptance of applications for the Federal Programming and Robotics Championship True Tech Champ-2025 began. The organizer is MTS Web Services. The competition will unite schoolchildren, students and existing specialists in the field of IT. The total prize fund of the tournament will be more than 10 million rubles. The final is scheduled for November 21 in Moscow at the MTS Live Hall site.
The championship will be held in two directions. The first is associated with algorithmic programming. Here, the participants will pass two qualifying rounds online, and then meet in a full -time finale. They have to solve the problems of different levels of complexity and work with data structures. The winner of this track will receive a million rubles. Two participants who took the second place will earn 500 thousand rubles each, and three winners in the third position – 250 thousand rubles each.
The second direction is devoted to robotics programming. At the selection stage, the contestants will be developed by algorithms for passing virtual labyrinths. To do this, you can use C ++, Go, Python, JavaScript, Java or C#. In the full -time part of the competition, the finalists will collect their own robots and manage them in special areas of the arena. The cars will have to be adapted to conditions, as well as withstand special effects like light, smoke and fire.
The final stage of the championship will be held in an unusual format-as an anime series. All finalists will receive digital avatars, and their robots on the screens will turn into giant characters. Artificial intelligence will create symbols and mascots for each team. The winners of the superfinal will share 4 million rubles, the teams in the second and third places will receive 2.5 and 1 million rubles, respectively.
For the audience, additional zones with intellectual and creative tasks will be prepared, as well as a musical program with the performance of Hedliner and DJ. It will be possible to visit the show not only offline: the organizers promise an interactive broadcast with the effect of presence and augmented reality elements.
MET Services General Director Pavel Voronin noted that the championship has been helping young talents for the third year, make useful acquaintances and get prizes. This year, the organizers want to surprise the participants by uniting real battles of robots with digital technologies and creating a bright show with an unexpected finale.
Applications for participation are accepted until October 20 at the official site championship.
