Today, December 4, the III International Media Forum titled “Digital Space: Online Communication in the Era of Artificial Intelligence and Data Manipulation” commenced in Kazakhstan’s capital, Astana. The forum is organized by the Delegation of the European Union to Kazakhstan.

The opening ceremony took place at Maksut Narikbayev University in Astana. Journalists and media representatives from Central Asian countries, including Turkmenistan, are participating.

The agenda of the forum highlights the enhancement of journalistic skills, the development of sustainable journalism, the training of qualified professionals, and the implementation of advanced international practices.

Throughout the forum, several international meetings are planned, along with consultations with leading experts from the European Union and Central Asia. Discussions will also cover artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and information security.
The events outlined in the program of the III International Media Forum are of great importance for adopting international experience, exchanging ideas, and introducing new practices in the field of mass media.
