On December 4, in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, within the framework of the 3rd International Media Forum titled “Digital Space: Online Communication in the Era of Artificial Intelligence and Information Manipulation”, the Turkmen delegation took part in a training session on digital attacks and cybersecurity. Along with representatives of Turkmen mass media, a specialist from The Ashgabat Times online platform also participated in the delegation.
The training session on the topic “How to Analyze Digital Attacks?” was conducted by international expert in this field, Artyom Tarasov. During the session, detailed information was provided on using strong passwords when working with digital technologies, complying with rules for making online payments, using antivirus software, storing backup copies of data, avoiding unknown data carriers, and other important cybersecurity measures.
The training session held at Maksut Narikbayev University proved to be effective in improving information security.
