On January 6, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted the ceremony to present the special Gulbaba Children’s Prize, which is awarded to the country’s youngest and most talented residents – winners of subject Olympiads, intellectual and creative competitions, and sports competitions.
Organized by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan and the country’s Ministry of Education, the event annually brings together hundreds of the most talented children under 18 from all corners of the country.
This year, 99 competition participants and four creative groups were awarded special diplomas and commemorative gifts: the “Joşgun” dance ensemble, the “Galkynyş” artistic recitation group, the children’s choir of the “Jahan” creative center, and the kindergarten students of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Center.
