The event was attended by a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Chairman of the Republican Turkmen Cultural Center, representatives of the Turkmen diaspora, students studying at higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan, and Embassy staff.

It was noted that the current motto’s symbolism is rooted in both the Turkmen people’s historical commitment to spiritual and cultural values and modern global realities. The significance of Turkmenistan’s initiative to proclaim 2028 as the Year of International Law was highlighted, reflecting the country’s dedication to the principles of international law and the rule of law.

Participants were introduced to the conceptual and practical provisions of the book. It was noted that the publication reveals the legal and political foundations of neutrality, its role in ensuring regional and global stability, and Turkmenistan’s contribution to promoting a culture of peace and trust.

At the end of the event, participants were served traditional dishes of Turkmen national cuisine.
