On 25 February 2026, in London, a meeting took place at the base of the Royal Horse Guards of the United Kingdom between the foreign ministers of the Central Asian countries and the UK Minister of State for Defence, Lord Rodney Coker. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov, took part in the event.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of regional security, strengthening mutual understanding, and developing dialogue between the Central Asian states and the United Kingdom.
Special attention was given to exchanging experience in professional training, as well as improving mechanisms for responding to modern challenges and threats.
The participants emphasized the importance of maintaining constructive and trust-based cooperation aimed at strengthening stability and security at both the regional and international levels.
