At the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on February 27, 2026, our esteemed President signed a Decree on awarding the honorary title «Ene Mähri» to mothers of large families.
Addressing the members of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Head of State noted the significant role of our dear mothers in preserving the sacred family hearth and providing a worthy upbringing to their sons and daughters. «Through their efforts, the prestige of our stable Motherland rises even higher. Therefore, in our Independent State, the respect and honor shown to our beloved mothers is immense», the Head of State said. In this regard, the honorable President signed the Decree on conferring the honorary title «Ene Mähri» to mothers with many children. Continuing his speech, Arkadagly Hero Serdar stated that International Women’s Day on March 8th would be widely celebrated across the country.
Consequently, the esteemed President emphasized the importance of organizing high-level festive events to confer the honorary title of Turkmenistan «Ene Mähri» and hand over the keys to new residential apartments.
