On February 10, 2026, a meeting was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan with a delegation led by S. Gömdeniz, Chairman of the Turkish part of the Turkmenistan–Türkiye Business Council, with the participation of N. Atagulyyev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, as well as the leadership of the Board of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the current state of business cooperation between the two countries, opportunities for developing mutual trade and economic relations, and issues regarding the implementation of joint projects were discussed. The parties noted the significant importance of expanding direct contacts between business circles, increasing investment activity, and opening new avenues for cooperation.
Furthermore, it was emphasized during the meeting that the activities of the Turkmenistan–Türkiye Business Council play a vital role in strengthening bilateral cooperation. The parties expressed interest in continuing partnership in this direction in the future.
