By a Decree signed by the President of Turkmenistan on March 6, 2026, Esen Muhammedovich Aydogdyev has been appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United States of America (Washington, D.C.).
Esen Aydogdyev has been relieved of his posts as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow), the Republic of Slovenia, the Republic of Serbia, and the Republic of Bulgaria, due to his transfer to another position.
