To ensure flight safety in view of the restrictions introduced in the airspace of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Open Joint-Stock Company “Turkmenistan Airlines” has suspended flights on the following routes from March 2 to March 4, 2026:
Ashgabat — Dubai — Ashgabat
Ashgabat — Jeddah — Ashgabat
According to the airline, passengers of the canceled flights can receive a full refund for their tickets without any penalties or rebook them for the nearest available dates free of charge.
In this regard, passengers may contact the original point of purchase or the airline’s representative offices to return their tickets or change their flight dates. It was also noted that for tickets purchased on the official website https://turkmenistanairlines.tm/ or through online platforms, refunds will be credited back to the bank card used for the original payment.
