Free bus services have been established for citizens wishing to visit the “Ak Ishan” shrine, located in the Baherden district of the Ahal region, Turkmenistan. This was reported by the transport authorities on Wednesday.
These special charitable bus trips were organized by the “Awtomobil ulag hyzmaty” Open Joint-Stock Company with the support of the “Sarwan” private enterprise.
As noted in the report, these special bus services will be provided entirely free of charge for pilgrims every weekend from March 1 to April 26, 2026.
According to the schedule, the buses depart from the “Wokzal” (Railway Station) bus stop in Ashgabat at 08:00 AM, and return from the “Ak Ishan” shrine back to the capital at 03:00 PM (15:00).
