The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Turkmenistan, Qian Naicheng, held a regular press conference with the participation of representatives from local and foreign mass media.
The conference was dedicated to events of significant importance for both countries: the outcomes of the friendly visit of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, to Beijing on March 17–19, as well as the results of the recently concluded sessions of the National People’s Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
Overall, the press conference once again confirmed the long-term, stable, and mutually beneficial nature of Turkmen-Chinese relations. At the end of the meeting, participating journalists addressed the Ambassador with their questions of interest.
