Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Guvanch Agajanov held a meeting with the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan, Ravshanbek Alimov. During the meeting, issues regarding the development of bilateral cooperation in the fuel and energy sector and the implementation of joint projects were discussed.
According to the “Dunyo” news agency, the parties emphasized that cooperation in the energy sphere is steadily strengthening, enriched by specific initiatives and practical results.
During the meeting, it was noted that as a result of the consistent policy pursued by the leaders of both countries in recent years, Turkmen-Uzbek relations have reached a qualitatively new level.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on expanding cooperation in the oil and gas industry, including the intensification of joint activities and opportunities for further deepening mutual relations.
