On behalf of the people and the Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, Honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, and all the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
In his message, the Head of State specifically noted that the relations between the two countries are based on mutual respect, equality, and mutual trust.
Emphasizing Turkmenistan’s great interest in expanding bilateral cooperation, confidence was expressed that through joint efforts, these relations will continue to develop for the benefit of both nations.
Taking this opportunity, Honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva robust health, happiness, and well-being, and constant progress and prosperity to the friendly people of Brazil.
