In order to successfully implement the tasks set forth in the “National Program for the Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022–2052,” to further improve the living standards of the population, and to construct a new modern town within the Ymambaba gengeshliki of Yoloten district in Mary region, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree. According to the document, the phased construction of this town is scheduled for the period of 2026–2030.
The Ministry of Construction and Architecture is instructed to develop the master plan for the new modern town within three months and to establish, in accordance with the established procedure, a Directorate for Facilities under Construction to oversee the building activities of the town’s structures and facilities.
