President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Adylbek Kasymaliyeff, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, who arrived in the country. This was reported by the press service of the Kyrgyz Republic. At the beginning of the meeting, the head of government conveyed warm greetings and best wishes from the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, to the Head of Turkmenistan.
During the bilateral discussion, several important issues on the agenda of Turkmen-Kyrgyz cooperation were discussed in detail. The sides paid special attention to the further development of trade, economic, and humanitarian relations, as well as to strengthening mutually beneficial partnership in the energy and transport sectors.
As is known, within the framework of his visit to Ashgabat, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic attended the regular meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of Government.
