05.08.2026

As part of a working visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, a delegation led by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Tangryguly Atahallyyev visited the «Peelbergen» Equestrian Centre in Kronenberg. The purpose of the visit was to review the progress of preparations for the upcoming international event to be held there, as reported on the official website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kingdom of Belgium.

During the visit, members of the delegation held a meeting with the management of the center and local equestrian experts. The parties discussed issues related to preparing the event program, accommodating participants and guests, and organizing sporting and cultural events as well as exhibitions at a high level. The Turkmen delegation thoroughly inspected the condition of indoor and outdoor sports facilities, as well as training areas.

At the meeting, special attention was paid to the training of relevant specialists at the «Peelbergen» center, exchange of experience, and the development of mutual cooperation. The delegation also inspected the areas designated for the exhibition of Turkmen goods from national manufacturers.

This large-scale international event will serve as an important platform for promoting Akhal-Teke horses worldwide, strengthening cultural ties, and taking international cooperation in the field of equestrian sports to a new level.
