A ceremony for presenting international certificates was held as part of the opening events of the new buildings of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering and the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute.
The new complex of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering received certificates confirming compliance with international ISO standards:
ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System;
ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management System;
ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational Health and Safety Management System;
ISO 21001:2018 — Management System for Educational Organizations;
ISO 27001:2022 — Information Security Management System.
The institute was also awarded the certificate of Certiport Authorized Testing Center, which enables it to conduct international examinations and provide students and specialists with opportunities to confirm their professional and digital skills according to internationally recognized standards.
The Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute also received several international certificates and documents, including a certificate from Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University of the Russian Federation, a letter of appreciation from the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education, and a membership certificate of the International Association of Universities under UNESCO. These international recognitions demonstrate the development of international cooperation, the introduction of innovative technologies and the continuous improvement of the quality of higher education in Turkmenistan.
