In a gesture of solidarity and celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan organized an iftar event at the “Yyldyz” hotel in Ashgabat. Ambassador Gismet Gezalov addressed the attendees, warmly welcoming them and extending his best wishes for the holy month of Ramadan. He highlighted the significance of this sacred time as a symbol of unity, kindness, and compassion within the Muslim community.
The iftar ceremony was graced by the presence of the Grand Mufti of Turkmenistan, Yalkab Khojagulyev, along with ambassadors and their families from Muslim countries accredited in Turkmenistan.
