A large cultural event marking the birth anniversary of Imam Ali (a) and Father’s Day was held at the Cultural Center of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Turkmenistan. The event aimed to strengthen cultural ties between the two countries and to honor the role of fathers in society.

The Cultural Center’s choir performed songs in Persian and Russian, adding to the festive atmosphere. Students of Persian language courses recited poems, humorous sketches were presented, and video clips prepared by young creators were shown.

The Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Turkmenistan, Ali Mojtaba Ruzbehani, and the Cultural Affairs Advisor, Abdolreza Abbasi, delivered speeches highlighting the development of cultural cooperation between the two nations.

Creative performances, musical numbers, and competitions for fathers and their children were organized for the participants. The event concluded with the presentation of commemorative gifts and traditional hospitality.


This event was recognized as another important step in the ongoing cultural cooperation promoted by the Iranian Embassy in Turkmenistan.
